All personnel should be familiar with the General Rules and Information & Players Codex.

~ No drama! This rule is in affect inside and outside of the guild!

~ Respect higher ranking members. They have proven themselves to be reliable and worthy of their rank.

~ No begging ever. This rule is in constant effect no matter where you are.

~ Do not attempt to sell items or services to guild members. Trading items or services is acceptable however friendship and good will is a lot more profitable for everyone.

~ You will only have to contribute to the Guild Vault what you can spare. If you take an item that is easily replaced then replace it when you can. DO NOT be greedy!

~ No /spit ever. It only causes problems.

~ Alts are allowed in the guild but will not be allowed in a Dungeon/Raid unless approved beforehand (This rule only applies to raids/dungeons where your main character is also in that same raid/dungeon). If approved, the alt will have to be fair with loot. (Main characters have priority over alts). Alts cannot be promoted to officer ranks.

~ If you have an alt in a different guild DO NOT use our Guild Vault to procure items for them.

~ Have a respectful and positive attitude when online.

~ As you advance in rank within the guild you will have more and more responsibility, you are allowed to refuse a promotion at any time but if you accept the position you will have to accept the responsibilities that come with it.

~ During a Raid or Dungeon please keep chat to a minimum. This will help the raid or dungeon leader keep track of what is happening and what needs to happen without having to scroll through unrelated banter. This rule also applies to the Ventrilo server.

~ If you use the guild Ventrilo server ensure that you are in a channel labled for your current in game situation. DO NOT crash channels you are not actively participating in.

~ You will have to be online at least once per week. If you are not able to do this please speak to an Officer or post in the Notices section of the guild forums. If you do not notify the leadership of your absence ahead of time you risk being removed from the guild.

Guild Vault Policies

The following are the new policies regarding Guild Vault usage.

Failure to follow these policies may result in Probation or Expulsion from the guild.

DO NOT take any items from the vault that you cannot use within 2 levels.

DO NOT take items from the vault to sell.

DO NOT take items from the vault for any other character especially characters not in the guild.

NO DUPLICATE ITEMS - If the item does not stack then ONLY ONE may be in the vault at any time. If the item does stack then ONLY ONE STACK may be in the vault at any time.

Gear 10 to 59 Tab:

Only Uncommon quality items or higher may be deposited.

No items with a level requirement under level 10 are permitted.

Only items fitting within the level range of this tab are to be deposited.

Gear 60 Plus Tab:

Only Uncommon quality items or higher may be deposited.

No items with a level requirement under level 60 are permitted.

Professions Tab:

Only items relating to a primary or secondary profession are allowed.

No Patterns are allowed in this tab.

Consumables Tab:

Consumables are classified as one time use items that provide a beneficial effect on use.

Reputation Items are to be considered Consumables until further notice.

Food is only allowed if it gives a "well fed" bonus in addition to regenerating health or mana.

Alcohol is not allowed in this tab.

No more than 10 slots are to be used for Glyphs at any time.

Until Weapon/Armor Vellums work DO NOT deposit them in the vault.

Patterns Tab:

Keep all patterns sorted by profession and make all attempts to keep them sorted by level.
